CUSTOMER CARE

Please be aware that I am just one person running my small business and that there may be imperfections and small defects in any physical products being sold. I opened up this shop to share my love of stationary, journaling, bags, and all the wonderful things we’re passionate about with all of you! So please be patient if orders may take longer than usual or if I’m not able to answer questions immediately. I will always do my best to reach a happy medium if any problems exist and be as transparent with you as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. No Refunds or Exchanges:

Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

  1. Download Access:

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital product. We recommend downloading and saving your purchase promptly.

  1. Non-Transferable License:

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or professional use (as specified). Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the product is strictly prohibited.

  1. Technical Issues:

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact me for support at xoxolorae@gmail.com. I will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Consumer Protection Rights:

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including rights to a replacement in cases of defective products under applicable consumer protection laws.

Physical Products

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any purchases. Please note that ALL physical items sold on my shop, whether they are brand new, used, customized, etc., will include photos of the actual products that will be shipped to you. I single-handedly will check any new products for quality assurance.

Please only purchase if you are willing to accept these terms.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact me at xoxolorae@gmail.com and I will usually respond to you within 1 business day.

I am not liable for anything that happens to your package after it’s been dropped off at the post office. If you need assistance due to lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please email me and I will help you escalate the issue through the postal service.

All physical products come will come with a tracking number.

CUSTOMS + IMPORT TAXES

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
